To help us help you faster, include
- the mobile number or email you sign in with
- what happened, and on which device or browser
- for payment issues: the payment ID (starts with “pay_”), or the date and amount
Useful pages
Report a bug
Inside the app, go to Settings and choose “Report a bug”. It sends us the details directly.
Report a person, message or post
In Circle, use the Report option next to a message, board post, person or group. We acknowledge within 24 hours and act on anything that breaks our community rules. In an emergency, call 112.

Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Account & security → Delete account. It permanently deletes your account and data. Removed the app or can't sign in? See how to delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for what's kept (payment records only, without your account).
