Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Raajveer Bhatia, who operates KEEPR™ (“KEEPR”, “we”, “us”). They cover the KEEPR website at keeprworld.com, the web app and the iPhone/iPad app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What KEEPR is
KEEPR is a record-keeping tool. You use it to note money you lend or owe, belongings you lend or borrow, bills, commitments, receipts and warranties, expenses and important dates, and to keep logins and documents in an encrypted Password Vault. With Circle you can also share chosen records with people you trust, chat in groups and ask each other to borrow things.
KEEPR only records what you and the people you share with enter. It does not lend, collect, hold or move money or goods, it is not a party to any arrangement between users, and nothing in it is financial, legal, tax or medical advice.
2. Who can use KEEPR
- KEEPR is made for kids and families as well as adults.
- If you are under 18, you may use KEEPR only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms for you and is responsible for your use. A parent or guardian can ask us at any time to see or delete a child's account (see section 15).
- Only a person aged 18 or older may buy a paid plan. Before paying, the payer confirms this (and, if the plan is for a child, that they are the child's parent or guardian); we record when they did.
- You may not use KEEPR if the law or a court order prevents you from doing so.
3. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. We may add other sign-in methods later.
- One account is for one person. Keep your device and your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Sessions end after 30 days without use. If you think someone else has access, use Settings → Sign out everywhere and tell us at founder@keeprworld.com.
- Give accurate details. We may ask for a mobile number so friends and payments can reach the right person.
4. Plans and payments
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | ₹0 | Every feature, with up to 5 counted entries (money, stuff, bills, commitments, receipts and documents). Expenses, important dates, the Password Vault and Circle don't count towards the 5. |
| KEEPR Pro | ₹499, once | Unlimited entries for 12 months from the day you pay. |
| KEEPR Boost | ₹299, once | Unlimited entries for 4 months from the day you pay. |
| KEEPR Max | ₹1,999, once | Unlimited entries with no end date, for as long as we operate the Service. |
- No automatic renewal. Every paid plan is a single payment. We never charge you again unless you choose to buy again, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Nothing is locked. On the free plan, or when a Pro year ends, you can always open, edit and delete everything you saved, including your Password Vault. Only adding new counted entries needs a paid plan.
- KEEPR Max means “for the life of the Service”. If we ever close KEEPR, we will give at least 90 days' notice in the app and by email, and keep your data available to you during that time. If we close within 12 months of your Max purchase, we will refund a fair share of what you paid.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and are the full amount you pay. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets); we never see or store your card or UPI details.
- A paid plan belongs to the account that paid and can't be transferred. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (full refund within 7 days of paying).
5. Your content
- What you enter (your “content”) belongs to you. You let us store, copy, process and display it only to run the Service for you and for the people you choose to share it with.
- You are responsible for your content being accurate and lawful, and for having the right to enter information about other people (such as a name in an IOU). Keep it to what's needed.
- Your Password Vault is encrypted on your device with a master password we never receive. We can't read it or recover it: if you forget the master password, the vault can only be erased.
6. Circle: sharing with other people
- People connect only with a private invite code, never by searching a phone number or email.
- When you share a record, post on the borrow board, write in a group chat or send an urgent request, the people you shared with can see it, along with your name. Group chat messages are deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete your own messages at any time.
- Records “confirmed together” are a shared note of what two people agreed. Any lending, borrowing, payment or handover is between those people alone. KEEPR is not responsible for items or money exchanged, their condition, their return, or disputes about them.
- You can remove a friend, leave a group or block a person at any time. If the person who made a group leaves, it passes to the member who joined first.
7. Community rules
Anything you write, share or post in KEEPR must not:
- bully, harass, threaten, shame or intimidate anyone, or encourage self-harm;
- be sexual, obscene, violent or otherwise unsuitable for children, or exploit or endanger a child in any way;
- be hateful or discriminatory, or promote violence or illegal activity;
- be false or misleading in a way that could harm someone, impersonate someone, or share someone's private information without their permission;
- use material (images, text, brands) that belongs to someone else without their permission;
- be spam, a scam, advertising, or contain malware or links meant to cause harm;
- break any law in force in India.
Also don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, get into another person's account or data, get around the free-plan limit or payments, or resell the Service.
8. Reports and takedowns
- You can report a message, a board post, a person or a group from the Report option next to it in the app, or by emailing our Grievance Officer (section 15).
- We acknowledge reports and complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. Content involving a child's safety, nudity, or impersonation is acted on as fast as we can and in any case within 24 hours.
- We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts people at risk, and we may keep a record of what was removed and why. The person reported is never told who reported them.
- If you think we removed something by mistake, email us and we will look at it again.
9. AI features
- Ask KEEPR answers questions about your own saved records. Scan anything and Scan a photo suggest a record from text or a picture you provide. They use an AI model from Google (Gemini); what you ask or scan (and, for Ask KEEPR, your saved records) is sent to it only to produce that answer.
- AI can be wrong. AI answers are labelled in the app, and a scanned record is never saved until you check and confirm it. Don't rely on AI output for money, legal, medical or safety decisions.
- KEEPR's AI is not a counsellor or therapist. If a message suggests someone may be in danger or thinking about self-harm, it replies with helplines instead: Tele-MANAS 14416 (free, 24x7) or 112 in an emergency.
- AI features have fair-use limits so they stay available for everyone.
10. Notifications
If you switch on Reminders, we send a daily heads-up about what's due, and alerts about Circle activity (like an urgent request in your group). Tips and offers (including news about paid plans) are a separate setting, off unless you switch it on, and you can switch it off at any time in Settings.
11. App licence (EULA)
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the KEEPR app on devices you own or control, under these terms.
- Don't copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
- If you got the app from Apple's App Store: this licence is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for KEEPR and, to the extent the law allows, no warranty obligation; any claim about the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property) is ours to handle, not Apple's. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. embargo and are not on a U.S. list of prohibited parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this licence and may enforce it against you. Apple's Usage Rules also apply.
12. Changes, suspension and ending your use
- We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use KEEPR after that means you accept the new terms.
- You can stop using KEEPR at any time and delete your account in Settings → Delete account. That permanently deletes your account and its data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, the law, or puts others at risk. Where it's safe and lawful to do so, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
13. Disclaimers and limits of liability
We work hard to keep KEEPR available and your data safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by inaccurate information entered by you or other users, for arrangements between users, or for AI output you relied on, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be limited.
14. Trademarks
KEEPR™, the KEEPR logo and the “K” mark are trademarks of Raajveer Bhatia. You may not use them without written permission, except to refer to the Service accurately. Other names and logos (such as Google, Apple and Razorpay) belong to their owners.
15. Law, disputes and the Grievance Officer
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact the Grievance Officer first so we can try to fix any problem; if we can't, the courts of India have jurisdiction, and you keep any right to approach a consumer commission.
