Delete your KEEPR account

You can delete your KEEPR account and its data at any time, on any device. Uninstalling the app doesn't delete your account, so use one of the ways below.

1. In the app (fastest)

2. On the website, if you've removed the app

Go to keeprworld.com/app, sign in the same way you did in the app (phone number, Google or Apple), then follow the same steps: Settings → Account & security → Delete account.

3. By email

If you can't sign in, email founder@keeprworld.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Include the mobile number or email you signed in with. We'll check it's really you, reply within 24 hours, and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and sign-in details
• All your records: money, things, bills, receipts, dates, notes and your Reflection Space
• Your Password Vault
• Circle friendships, group memberships, messages, shared records and reviews
• Notification registrations and every signed-in session

What we keep

• Payment records (if you paid for Pro): kept without your account, for as long as Indian tax law requires (up to 8 years).
• App events and bug reports: kept only with your account removed, so they can't be linked back to you.
• Groups you created carry on for the other members, with the next member in charge.
• Backups: deleted data leaves our provider's rolling backups as they expire, within about 30 days.

Deleting can't be undone. If you'd like a copy of your data first, use Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data. A paid plan ends when the account is deleted; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
